PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure, but be warned he is very much like a cat about it.

MAGIC/POWERS: Waver is a trained mage, but one with the worst quality of magical aptitude within his canon. In a world where 5000 mp is the norm, he has a paltry 5 mp-- and he's very choosey about how he uses it. He is, however, a very clever alchemist who is proficient in chemistry and herbalism as it applies to his craft, and he is more than willing to use 'mundane' forms of magic that involve spoken word and practical skills or items that he has on hand. His cursing someone out can in many ways be very literal if the right intent is in play-- although the curses of this nature will be little more than petty nuisances towards whomever they're directed.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Waver Velvet is a 30 y/o who is prone to chronic illness related problems. He is a chronic insomniac who is prone to pulling all nighters, has a terrible diet, gets little exercise, and has a very sensitive stomach.
He also shot up from just over 5 feet to nearly 6 feet during his 20s, through means that weren't magical. Take that how you will.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Waver is a very large proponent of personal autonomy and a person's ability to determine their own future-- and he doesn't take lightly to people who infringe upon the rights of others to their own autonomy. Additionally, disrespecting the name of Alexander the Great will warrant a potentially violent reaction, and mentions of Gilgamesh, King Arthur, and other details regarding the Fourth Holy Grail War may trigger a PTSD reaction.

ANYTHING ELSE: TBD! Waver is from 2004 and a fairly 'contemporary' world besides the magical masquerade in effect. Odds are that he's heard of many popular canons from that time or before, and he is an avid Gamer. However, just because he had title recognition or face recognition doesn't mean he knows anything else about the canon in particular. i.e. He's likely heard of Dune as a literary piece and probably seen the crappy 1980s film at some point, but that doesn't mean he's retained more than the concepts of a Desert Planet, Giant Sand Worms, and Spice as an idea.
