I prefer it here with the sun gone out, frankly. The city is a shambles and I'm tired of butterflies, but I've been enjoying the company.

Although I'm used to the day-night cycle, the sun and I are barely on speaking terms. My best work is done at night when everyone is asleep.

That said, it's good to hear that you're enjoying the company. Even the more headache inducing parts of your timeline, from what it sounds like.

Isn't Cellar Door less polluted than the rest? Not that I'm suggesting you wander straight into the blood mist and take a deep breath before work every morning, but...

one person's work isn't going to make that big of an impact on the blood pollution problem. It's probably related to all the cult activities where they're trying to use us to fuel something we don't understand that.

Taking care of that problem will probably have a bigger effect on the environment.

I haven't met Viktor yet, but he sounds like someone worth looking up for ideas . I'll look into finding him.

I'm still perfecting my technique, but I shouldn't need a lot of space. Just enough for a long sword and a casting circle around it.

This is nothing like a summoning, so it doesn't need to be nearly as complex. I just want to get it right the first time.
